No activation code

I've been using PS Elements 2022 for a couple of years now. I signed on yesterday and was asked to reset my credentials and enter my activation code.  I can't find my numbers on the app because I can't access it. What gives?

Go to the Products page of your Adobe account and you will find the necessary information.
