Hi,
I have just downloaded the Photoshop Elements 2023. Something went wrong with the installtion and I get the message: Sorry, installation failed. With no error code.
When I start the installation, it says that is has found an already existing folder where an old installation resides. And I am not able to select another path where I can install the application. Anybody that has some good advices here?
Thank for your help.
Br
Roger

I had to get help from Adobe support. They had to rename the Adobe folder in "C:\Program Files\Adobe" and "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe" before installing the program all over again.

Hi. I have McAfee antivirus. Do you mean disabling the Firewall function?

I have now tried to disable the McAfee Firewall. It does not help, assuming that I have done it correct.
The installation starts and counts up to 2% and the aborts. Same as earlier.... Strange!
