PC gecrasht en nu lukt het niet Adobe Photoshop elements 13 op nieuwe laptop te instaleren

Daar mijn pc is gecrasht waar Adobe Photoshop elements 13 op stond, (heb deze gelukkig kunnen verwijderen) lukt het mij niet om op de nieuwe aangeschafte laptop met windows 11 Elements 13 opnieuw te instaleren.

Blijft de melding krijgen dat er al op twee computers dit programma is geinstalleerd.

Dit programma staat nu alleen nog op een oude laptop en mag op twee computers geplaatst worden.

Uninstalling the program from your old computer may not have signed you out from it and that is why you are getting the error message.  This is a user to user forum.  Your only option is to contact Adobe Elements support.  Tell them that all you want to do is reset your license.  You can start a chat session by clicking on the blue Contact Us button under the Help & Support menu at Adobe.com. Or you can contact Support by telephone using the numbers listed here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html.  Unfortunately, hours of operation are limited in Europe.
