Photo Shop 19 is not recognizing my Epsom 2800

My system information is below.  I have an Epson 2800 that I use for normal printing and an Epson 15000 that I use for sublimation printing.  Ever since I installed the 15000  Photo Shop will not recognize the 2800.  I have tried setting it as the default with no success.  I have deleted the 15000 to try to get Photo Shop to recognize the 2800 But when my print screen in Photo Shop opens it opens with the 15000 in the Select Printer box.  I can change it to the 2800 and hit the print button but then an error occurs that says Could not print because of a program error.  Before I deleted the 15000 I was able to select the 2800 and it would not throw the error but I would get a message from my computer that it had not printed.  When i look at the printer que for the 2800 there would be nothing waiting to print BUT I could open the 15000 and it would show a job waiting to print.  So it appeared that even tho I had chosen the 2800 to print to Photo Shop Elements was sending it to the 15000.  I have never run into a problem like this with any other programs I have worked with and I have no problem printing from other programs.  Any help would be appreciated as I am out of ideas on how to fix this.

Can you print with the designated printer via the Organizer? The print engines for Editor & Organizer are not the same.

Check on the Epson web site for updated driver(s) for your printers. Perhaps the 15000 is using a driver that is installed with WINDOWS 10.

In PSE, go to Edit menu>Preferences>General and reset preferences on next launch. Close PSE and reopen and try printing.

Well i have been working on this thing all evening.  I finally uninstalled and reinstalled.  And it is printing correctly but Now all my tools that were showing on the left hand side of my screen are gone.  Like the fill/paint bucket.  Only about half of what I had there before are available.

Well I just figured out where my tools were...changing to expert brought them all back up.  Reinstalling fixed my printing.  But I need to reinstall the 15000 again and I am just hoping that it doesn't mess it up again.  I could be that there is something that it is changing in my printer settings that could be conflicting with my photoshop elements.

You are probably in Quick mode.  You need to be in Expert Mode to access all of the tools.

Generally when Elements has a problem recognizing a new printer, you need to reset the Preferences.  Go to Edit>Preferences>General tab and click the Reset Preferences on next launch button.
