Photoshop Element message d'erreur au démarrage (suite mise à jour)

Bonjour,

A démarrage de Photoshop Element 2024 une mise à jour m'a été proposée.

Elle s'est installé automatiquement après la fermeture du logiciel.

Malheureusement, maintenant je ne peux plus démarrer Photoshop Element et j'ai le message d'erreur suivant :

"ippiCanny_32f8u_C1R_L: La procédure spécifiée est introuvable"

J'ai désinstallé, puis réinstallé plusieurs fois Photoshop Element 2024, sans succès (désinstallation la plus complète possible avec Revo Uninstaller + CCleaner).

Comment faire ?

See this post from a user who has been given a temporary solution by Adobe.  There is a link to the original release of the program and instruction for not updating it until a further fix has been made by adobe.

Do you have an older computer that does not meet the Elements 2024 required specifications?  If so, there have been a number of similar complaints.  I have asked Adobe to look into it or provide further clarification.  In the meantime, I suggest you contact Adobe Support.

Regarding the required specifications, I don't think there's any problem. Indeed, I had initially installed Photoshop Element 2024 without any difficulty.
It's the update made by Adobe that's now causing the problem.
I have Photoshop Element 2024 on another PC and I'm avoiding the proposed update!
It would be great if Adobe could clarify things.
In the meantime I'll try to contact support

Concernant les spécifications requises, je ne pense pas qu'il y ait de problème. En effet j'avais installé initialement Photoshop Element 2024 sans difficulté.
C'est la mise à jour faite par Adobe qui pose maintenant problème.
J'ai Photoshop Element 2024 sur un autre PC et j'évite de faire la mise à jour proposée !
Ce serait bien qu'Adobe apporte des éclaircissements.
En attendant je vais essayer de contacter le support

We have had a number of new reports about this since the update.  Until this is clarified, you are right to avoid the update.

Please report back if you hear anything from Adobe Support.
