Photoshop Elements 2024: commercial use of the creations permitted?

Hello,
I've read the legal terms (there is a page list with all the products and terms) of use for the Photoshop Elements product but I haven't found the answer to my question. Unlike Photoshop product, it's a purchase and not a monthly or annual subscription but for the Photoshop product (and many others) on the Abode products website, you can choose the offer according to your profile (individual and self-employed, student or teacher, company) and there may be different rights of use.
On the other hand, for Photoshop Elements 2024product, there's only one offer on the site (for single-person purchase), so you can't choose according to your profile. What are the rights of use for a freelancer? Can we make commercial use of our creation? I only plan to use the software's functions to modify images, videos, content and music resources from outside Adobe and with licenses allowing modification and commercial use, or content of my own creation/property; and I want to make commercial use of my creations. So I want to know if it's authorized by Adobe and the Photoshop Elements 2024 product because there's no information anywhere.

I'd like an answer from someone from Adobe who knows and not someone who assumes, an employee of Adobe and not a user, including professional users, unless you really know the legal conditions of use. There's no way to contact Adobe, the chatbot is unfit to direct to the correct and any answer.

Thank you for your help.
Note, it's the same issue for the Premiere Elements 2024 product.

Hi @Peru Bob
Last year, you have answered to a similar question https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-elements-discussions/can-i-use-photoshop-elements-2023-comm... but there is no explanation, no link to a more precise document than the terms contract that don't give any answer. How do you know what kind of commercial of commercial use is allowed? The user asked about selling photos modified with Photoshop Elements, the user didn't say if it was about photos, images included in Photoshop Elements product (also font, etc. anything included in the product) or external materials/medias (I mean the user only use the product as a software/tool, its functions but not the medias, fonts we can integrate from elsewhere out of Abode product).
Can you help?

"I'd like an answer from someone from Adobe..."  Yet you post in a user to user forum, and specifically state "not a user"- that's not how things work.

Hundreds of thousands of users make money using Adobe products.   The EULA's are all posted by adobe.  Adobe has also posted in numerous locations how to make money using their products.

(I use a translation tool).

Yes, it's a forum because chatbot is unfit. Forum is a community and the aim is to save time to Adoe company employee (or replace those who would have answer to questions). No, I stated "not a user, including professional users, unless you really know the legal conditions of use", i.e. not a ordinary user who doesn't know or does what they want without consideration of what is allowed or not.

I have read what you writed, I read it in the conditions terms document. But the other products with a subscription (monthly or annual) have different offers according to the profile of the user, it was more easy to identifiy with the profile.

On the forum, there are various users, including Adobe employees who are registered on the forum. The other users have different designations linked to their seniority on the forum or to the number of messages they have replied to, depending on the number of positive votes they have received for their messages, l or answers considered correct (e.g. your user profile says "Guide", others "Experts" but that doesn't mean anything about your degree of knowledge).
No matter. I'll use the software like everyone else, without using anything that comes with the software (images, background images, fonts/typography, symbols, graphics, etc.) but I'll only use the features to edit images. And contrary to what you wrote, I did write that I wouldn't be using any Abode images (and "Stock" is an Adobe product with images included or paid for, images from other people who sell them on Stock or/and that Adobe uses for products so I was also talking about those images that I wasn't planning to use).
Thanks, but I already knew. No need to reply. I can't close comments and I can't delete my posts either.
For other software (not Adobe), I've been able to get clear information from companies, from employees to get answers other than those on the forum - when they have one -, FAQ or document terms. It was not the case for that product which is common to any profile of user (versus others Photoshops products you could choose if you are a freelance, a student/teacher, a company, there is not the same rights of use according to the profile).
