Photoshop Elements 9 NO ABRE Raw

Hola tengo instalado Photoshop Elements 9 ,tube que reinstalar windos 8 y no puedo abrir archivos raw,cuando pueda actualizo a win10,por ahora solo quiero solucionar abrir archivos raw en Elemnts 9.

Whether a particular version of Elements can open a raw file depends on the type of raw file involved.  Older versions of Elements cannot open raw files from more recent cameras.  Elements 9 is more than 10 years old.  It will only be able to open raw files from older cameras.  If you tell us which camera you are using we can confirm whether or not Elements 9 can handle it.

Your camera requires at least ACR 8.3.

PSE 9.0 shipped with ACR 6.1 and updated to ACR 6.5. according to the main acr compatibility page.
According to Adobe PSE 9.0 only supported up to camera raw 6.2

The below page indicates it support up to ACR 6.5 (which is a bit different that the other inforamtion  I got from adobe).

What does that mean?   You are probably out of luck.    

I've tried updating PSE 11.0 to a newer version, manually and it didn't work.
