I have photoshop elements 2019 on my laptop and it has worked perfectly until now. My laptop is fully updated with Windows 10 21H2.
If I try and open organiser I get the message saying the I have to go to photoshop editor and sign in. OK not a problem.
I try to sign in but get a message saying that I need to update (not clear what) and it refers me to a web page.
None of the information on this page seems to be relervent but one bit says sign in to my Adobe account and download the latest version of Photoshop Elements 19.
I sign in and download the code but it will not install as it says I have to do an update!
WHAT UPDATE IS IT THAT I HAVE TO DO????
Note. The only change rececntly made to my computer is that I installed Norton Antivirus. Could this be involved here.
Please note I have done restarts but this makes no difference.
In the past this is what users have done: Download the Adobe Cloud for desktop app- the preblem mostly goes away.
Install it, then forget about the app.

No reason to worry about any "secret subscriptions" either- some users are always concerned about the adobe cloud stuff "signing them up" without their permission (which is 100% impossible to do anyway).
