In PSE 2018, File/File Info... and Organizer tag images taken in 1998 as created in 2098. Is this a know bug or what?

Additional information: these images were converted from Nikon's NEF RAW format using Adobe DNG Converter 8.7. Using Windows 7 Properties utility shows the same error of Date Taken 2098.

Hi,

Can you please help us with the following additional information:

In Organizer, select one such image whose date has changed. While it is selected, open the Information tab on right, expand Metadata tab and click on right small button for detailed information.

Give the screenshot of this screen.

Thanks

Arshla Jindal

I tried to inset the screenshot as a pdf and Word document, but both didn't work. How do I insert the screen shot?

By the way, I shot the images in 2006, not 1998, but the Organizer Metadata says File Properties "Date Created 2014" and Camera Data (Exif) "Data Time 2014" and "Date Time Original 2098".

Screenshot:

Have both organizer and editor opened.

in the organizer, press PrtScreen key.

switch to editor

Menu File >> New from clipboard (that opens the screenshot)

Save as jpeg

In this forum, press the 7th icon on the top icons bar and navigate to your jpeg file.

I followed Michel's suggestions, but when I try to inset the 1.7MB jpeg, nothing happens when I click on the insert image button. Is the file possibly to big?

I don't really understand the "In this forum, press the 7th icon on the top icons bar and navigate to your jpeg file."

I browsed for the jpeg on my Desktop and tried to insert it and that's where nothing happened.
