"Sort by" function question

I have Elements Premier 14.  I have lost the "sort by" function when I load an album.  The function does work when the entire catalog is brought up.

Hi Joel,

Can you please share a screenshot of what happens when you select an album from the left panel? Does the 'Sort by' dropdown go away?

When the album is selected all album images appear randomly in the central

panel - it may take several seconds up to a few minutes to load (another

issue!). The "sort by" drop down is present, but it is unresponsive.
