New Here ,

I was promised a call from the Adobe Help Center last night. Never happened. I have a license for Photoshop Elements 2023. Unfortunaly the computer with the software crashed and I therefore cannot deactivate the license. I need to install it on a replacement computer but cannot seem to get help from Help Center. Can anyone please help. I'm getting desperate. Platform Windows 11 home. Thx. John

Try downloading from the products tab in your Adobe account. Click the link below to see your registered products. If you have only ever installed on one computer there should be no problem with de-activation as two installations are permitted.

". it says already in use."   That is a show stopper.  Not much you can do with that version then.

I had support in 2024 without prop. So why this is a prop now is a mystery to me. Anyway, I have succeeded in having a supervisor involved and he is looking into this. We will see

I think Adobe Support need to offer some flexibility towards valuable customers. Many will now be buying new PC’s with W11 as Microsoft drops support for W10. Good luck.

I've been a user of Adobe stuff since 2004, PSE?  Almost every version since pse 10 (which is still in my adobe account)-- currently I have 10 versions installed- mostly to help others with issues.   A few years ago I had that "2 computer issue" and needed to reinstall.    I decided to not mess  with it, contacting support, back and forth, blah blah blah- and just purchased another copy.  Was busy creating 10 minutes after I installed it--I needed it to help with my website- back when I was seliing stuff on it.

I used to have pse 2018 on discs in a desk drawer "Just in case"-- I tossed those last year.
