Reinstalling Adobe Photoshop Elements 15

My software started crashing each time I tried to create a photo collage.  I uninstalled the software and need to reinstall.  What is the process?  Thanks

Uninstall via Control Panel.  Then use the Adobe Cleaner Tool (yes, it works for Photoshop Elements, too):

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

Then download from here:

Download Photoshop Elements | 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10

following these instructions:

Start the installer after downloading

I am resetting my laptop and will need to reinstall Photo Shop, do I follow the same procedure as noted in this thread?

I purchased the product from a retailer and I recall downloading it from ADOBE. I no longer have the "key" or marketing box. I went so far as obtaining a ADOBE ID but I don't see any reference to Elements being registered on my ADBOBE Account. Any suggestions on what I can do?

If it is not registered in your account and you didn't record your serial number, there is nothing that can be done, unfortunately.

@manuel_9756 If you have both Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements, they will have different serial numbers.  You can find both numbers if you go to the Products page of your Adobe account.  If that does not answer your problem, please let us know the exact wording of the error message you are receiving.
