Running Photoshop Elements in Windows 11

I'm having minor issues with Adobe Photoshop Element acting glitchy on my Windows 11 laptop.  This is the system information from the Adobe Phontoshop.  Could my problem be that I am running an old version of Adobe Photoshop Elements?  Are there any fixes?

Well you are getting a bit above my head so I am not sure if this is what you are wanting.

Intel Optane+477GBSSD , 253 GB Free space.  If you could direct me where to find other information I might be able to provide more information.  This is from the properties on my C: drive.

Answer Yes and see if your problem continues. If the problem goes away, you'll have to selectively disable your plug-ins to isolate the problem.
