Running Windows 8??

Explorer ,
Nov 04, 2018 Nov 04, 2018

I just had a look at the Info button & it says that I'm running Windows 8 when I know that I have Windows 10 pro 64 bit.  Is this a problem or a concern or just a mistake?

I looked at a few other older photoshop elements versions on windows 10 and here are the System Info results

Photoshop Elements 2 says Windows NT

Photoshop Elements 8 says Windows 7

I don't believe that would be the reason for any malfunctions.

What is not displaying the way it should in photoshop elements 11?

Don't worry, this is not new.

The 'system information' command does not recognize the actual name of the OS if it has been released after the Elements version. For instance, my PSE12 also states Windows 8 even if I am in Windows 10. What is shown is the OS version by the time when the Elements version was coded.

When I open the Organizer I get the 4 tabs across top.  They are Media,People Places & events. If I click on People or events I see nothing at all.

Most people in any pictures going back many years had a name tag placed on them but none appear.  Many othet picture were also given tags for Weddings,Parties,Birthdays etc & none of these work either.
