Warum kann man den Dateinamen und das Dateiformat nicht mehr vorher in den Einstellungen festlegen? Das war vorher machbar und nun muss man jedesmal diese Daten anpassen.

Please explain in more detail what you are referring to, and what versions of Elements you are talking about. I don't believe anything has changed in recent versions of Elements.
