Start up with Elements 2022

New Elements 2022 opens normal, but it takes takes over 30 sec. to start with a file - WHY?

All old Elements are uninstalled. Win 10 (64bit) 32 MB ram.

Can you please share more details about the file (file format, file size)? Also, is this issue consistently reproducible?

Hallo Medha_Sharma!

Every time I start the Elements 2022 it takes ca. 20 sec. before I can downloade a file.

I have 32 MB Ram.

My Raw files are ca. 60 MB. (Sony Alfa 7Rm4).

There is no problems downloading a file, when the program give accept to downloade.

Elements 2020 and 2021 no problem by opstarting.

Just to confirm, Elements 2022 takes 20 sec. to open, post which you can open any file and commence editing it? Is my understanding correct?
