Surface Dial and PSE 2018

Dear Forum Users

First sorry form my bad English 😉

I used the new Microsoft Surface Pro with Windows 10 and the new Fall Creator Version.

One verry practical thing ist Microsoft Surface Dial, it is a good tool to progressing Photos.

My Dial doesn't works with my PSE 2018, does anybody knows where's the Problem?

I don't can find any solution in the Internet.

I'm afraid Photoshop Elements is not supported.
