Click on the Green Maximize button to fit photoshop elements to your screen.

Thanks, but the Foreground/Background selection is still covered. When I click in the lower right corner to enlarge the display, I can see a bit of the Foreground/Background selection but this interferes with the icons in the Dock. Also, clicking the green Maximize button cause the left vertical panel to be stretched! This aggavating little thing started about 2 weeks ago..........all was good until then!

MacBook Pro, MacOS 12.4 Monterrey and Photoshop elements 2022.

Built in Retina Display: 15.4-inch (2880 × 1800)

<Display Preferences> The "Scaled Resolution" was checked. When I changed the selection to "Default For Display" the icon size, window size, font size: everything changed! This allowed me to resize the PSE window and it uncovered the "Foreground/Background" selection. However, the "Menu Bar" font size (in the Finder, Firefox, PSE, MS Word, etc) is incredibly small! This is all very confusing because everything was just fine until about 2 weeks ago. We appreciate everyone's help! Thanks!

You can increase the Menu Bar size by going to

Apple>System Preferences>Accessibility>Display

and setting the Menu bar size to Large.

Yep! Tried this yesterday, and again today, after seeing your reply, but, choosing the "Large" option doesn't make any difference in the size of the Menu names. See screen shot.

Yes, and that's when the PSE "Foreground/Background" selections were covered up. Of the 5 Scaled Resolution choices the middle one seems to be the most satisfactory. So, that's what we'll go with for now. After doing some photo editing and other chores, we'll have a better idea of how it works. Meanwhile, Jeff Arola, we thank you very much for your time, patience and expertise!
