Just got a new desktop with Windows 11. While trying to install Elements 10, I got 2 errors about PX Drivers.

1 - A driver cannot load on this device.  Driver: PxHI64.sys  A security setting is preventing this driver from loading

2- A driver cannot load on this device.  Driver: Px Engine Device Driver for 64-bit Windows Sonic Solutions. A security setting is preventing this driver from loading.

Windows won't let me change the Memory settings. Is there anything I can do to install this program ?

What you are describing is a driver for a DVD device that you probably do not need.  See my post here and please report back if deleting/renaming the file helps with the installation.  You may also need to use the setup file's comaptibility mode to install the program.  See this thread for further information.
