As I understand it, PSE is not part of Creative Cloud, but I've moved your post from Creative Cloud Desktop the the Photoshop Elements forum for you where they can best advise.

In Windows, open Control Panel>Programs>Programs & Features. Right click on Photoshop Elments and delete.
If I do that I opnly have one option and that is Uninstall Adobe Photoshop 2024 and than I uninstall Photoshop cc aswell
do you mean delete instad of uninstall? Will that be sufficient enough?
Yes, uninstall.
Photoshop and Photoshop Elements are separate programs.
There is no harm in leaving PSE unless you are pressed for disk space.
