Upgrade version to Photoshop Elements and Premiere elements 2023

I have Photoshop Elements 2021 not Premeiere Elements 2021) only. Do I qualify for the upgrade version package of both Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements 2023?

Yes, you are eligible for an upgrade price on the PSE/PRE 2023 bundle.

As you place the order, you can choose the upgrade version.  You are then asked which program you already own and selecting PSE will give you an upgrade price:

So, $119 is the discounted price, and that is for both?  I have not found the combo offer.  Also, trying to decide if I want to upgrade Elements or switch to PS/LR Creative Package for $9.99 a month.

I don't see the same option. I have the 2021 combo, but I don't see any upgrade options.

@kimberlypi, you can find the combo at the bottom of this webpage.  The full price is $149.99 but when you get to the purchase page, there is a dropdown list for the upgrade price which will reduce the combo price to $119.99 as shown in my screenshot.   Prices are always subject to change.

Where is the option to upgrade to Elements 2023 now on the Adobe website?  Looks like only full versions are available.

@jeffreyp81160687, Adobe is currently running a Black Friday special that is cheaper than the upgrade discount.  That is why you can't see the upgrade price.  Click here to get the special purchase price which is only available until November 29, 2022 (in the United States).  Pricing may be different in other regions.

@Norm305356126nes, Adobe currently has a 33% special discount offer shown in your screenshot.  This is cheaper than the normal discount price.  That is why you are not seeing the upgrade price.  That offer is available until June 25th.
