Brush tool changed to Smart brush

Since I installed photoshop elements on my new laptop, the Brush tool is now a Smart Bruh tool - how do I change it back?

Press the letter B on the keyboard ----  that should take you to the brush tool.

You should also be able to right click on the brush icon in order to select among 3 other brushes.

Does  the software work ok on your new machine otherwise?

Hiya! Nope I don't have the regular brush, I only have the Smart Brush. See, it has the wheel next to it like in the image attached - I want the one without the wheel 😄

What version of pse is that?- it looks pretty old. Just click on the brush right above the one with the gear next to it.  Full screen shots, like what I posted earlier are a great help.
