Elements 14. When I try to Print, the page setup does not open so I cannot select the printer I want or the size print I need.

Try resetting the preferences file. Go to Edit>Preferences>General tab and click the Reset Preferences on next launch button.

Thank you for the suggestion.

I did that but I am still getting "There was an error opening your printer. Printing functions will not be available until you have selected a printer and reopened any documents."

If I click on Print after that absolutely nothing happens. This is so frustrating.

Are you on Windows machine (?version), or on Mac?

Is the printer set to "default" printer?

Are you printing via Organizer or via Editor?

Have you checked on the printer manufacturer's web site that you have the latest driver for the printer?

Hi,

I am on Windows 10

I had it set to default and it didn't make a difference

I am printing from Editor

I checked on the latest driver yesterday before emailing this site.

I am a relatively new user and haven't used it much, but every time I do try to print I run into issues.
