PSE 2019 not working with Mojave

I running PSE 2019 with Mojave ... worked ok and suddenly stopped working uninstall and reinstalled 4 times without success

Sorry that Photoshop Elements 2019 is not working on your Mac running the OS Mojave. 

Would you mind explaining what exactly is happening when you try to edit your images? Is it not opening at all or crashing while perform an action?

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling as instructed, but message comes up saying that the application is damaged. Why does this happen suddenly?
