How to upgrade Photoshop Express on Android?

I can't find where to upgrade Photoshop Express to Premium on an Android. Please help!

Hi @Catherine31172479yjjl,

Thank you for reaching us. Once you access Photoshop Express on your phone should give you the option to upgrade on the welcome page. If you do not see the pop-up to upgrade to Premium, please reinstall the application, sign out, and sign in back to your account. Once done, you could click on your profile to see if you "subscribed to premium."

I tried everything you said. Nothing worked. I got a popup once from the bottom and it went back down before I could tap on it. I tried several times, but couldn't  get it to work.
