How to fill linearGradient in Current Clipped Path in pdf

In normal Page the Gradient is displayed Fine but when i fill in Current Clipping Path is not working Correctly can u help please..

In addition to the already mentioned PostScript Language Reference, third edition

this Technical Note #5600 about Smooth Shading might be useful:

Please use simple examples with understandable numbers.

Personally I'm not familiar with smooth shading. Just wanted to recommend the doc.
