クリップをトラックに入れれません

Premiere pro cc 2019を使用しています。

それまでは異常なく使えていた同じ動画が、作業途中で急にトラックにいれれなくなりました。

クリップに最適な新規シーケンスで作成してもだめでした。

この場合どうすればよいのでしょうか？

また、原因が分かれば教えていただきたいです。

これまでは使用できていたクリップが、現在は使えなくなってしまった、タイムラインに追加できなくなってしまった。

「プロジェクト」パネルの映像素材を「タイムライン」パネルへドラッグ＆ドロップしてもクリップが配置されないということですか。

それとも、「ソースモニター」からですか。

また、映像クリップと音声クリップの両方または片方が配置されませんか。

さらに、「タイムライン」パネルのスクリーンショットを提示して頂けますか（例；下図）
