Export Frame Bug

I'm using the latest build of 24.1 Beta (Build 41) on Windows 11 and there is a bug in the 'export frame' function. If I export the frame and check the 'Import into project' box, it creates the frame as expected, but it doesn't import into the project. This works correctly in 23.6 production build.
