Premiere Beta 25 Crashes On Any Clip Using Twixtor

Premiere Pro Beta 25.0.0 BETA (Build 44)

2.  OS Version:

MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1

3.  Steps to reproduce the problem:

The new beta 25 update does not seem to be working for me with the Twixtor v7 slow motion plugin effect.  Every time the playhead goes over a clip containing the Twixtor effect, or if I try to select a clip with the Twixtor effect, or try to add the effect to a clip, the program instantly crashes.  Perhaps there is a problem with third party plugins in this build?

4.  Expected result & Actual result:

I would like to use Twixtor on clips to adjust the speed.  The actual result ends in the program crashing.

Same here, i have the same problem, but it was weird, i was using twixtor with no problems on Premiere 2024 then start getting problems at renders with twixtor suddenly, i changed nothing, i update to 2025 and it doesnt work at all.

Would love to know if there is any solution for this

The current PPro beta is version 25.2, and the current PPro shipping version is 25.1; any reason you're testing with 25.0?

Have you contacted ReVisionFX? [We work with them regularly, and they haven't mentioned any Twixtor issues...]

I ran into this crash with Twixtor back in September when 25.0.0 BETA (Build 44) became available to download and test.

I downconverted the project to work with Premiere 2024 and had no crashes with Twixtor.  I have not tested the later beta builds, but Twixtor has worked fine for me with the Premiere Pro 2025 official release.  Thanks.
