Premiere crash with transcription with language select

When you want to set a lauguage before transciption starts Premiere crashes.

This happens only with the latests build 23.0.0 (build 19).

Previous version worked ok.

 

steps to repro

setup a timeline with a clip to transcribe

when you start transcription language need to be set, choose Dutch
