Premiere not opening

I’m using Windows, and each time I try to open Premiere Beta 26.10, the loading screen appears for about five seconds before the application closes automatically. There’s no error message — it just shuts down unexpectedly.

OS: Windows 11 (Version 23H2)

Premiere Pro Beta: 26.10.0 (Build 58) — not opening

Regular Premiere Pro: 24.6.2 (Build 2)
