Hi @Enchanting_creation4012 - Can you post a picture of the error message you are receiving? Is the computer on macOS 12? Starting with Premiere Pro version 25.4, macOS Monterey (version 12) is no longer supported. Mac users on Apple Silicon and Intel-based systems can continue using version 25.3 or earlier.

Hi @Enchanting_creation4012 - Thanks for sending the screenshot. It doesn’t show the macOS version, though and just to clarify, there isn’t a version 16.7. Could you double-check and let us know which version you’re on?

These steps worked for me as well, and I can now see the Premiere Pro Beta version in my CC app, however, when I try to open PP Beta, it fails to load and I get the Adobe CC Diagnostics icon that pops up on my dashboard. When I click on that icon, it doesn't give me any type of error message. Any ideas on how to solve for the app not opening?
