Audio Track Issue

Using Beta and It won't let me move audio Tracks on certain layers when I drag it in it keep creating additional audio tracks even though it's further on the time line.

Also, the voiceover is blanked out it's so weird

@SockBox26 It looks like you have a 5.1 track in your sequence. That track type can only accept 5.1 audio clips, so other Stereo or Mono clips will skip over it.
