Enhance Speech not showing for me in Premiere 2024

What am I doing wrong? I cant see the Adobe Podcast AI version of "Enhanced Speech" in essential sounds. Ive tried on an M2 Ultra Mac Studio and a M1 Max Macbook Pro - and no dice.

All I see is an older version of Enhance Speech (with no slider), that doesnt have any of the AI features of the new version.... Please help!!

Enhance speech has not gone public yet, is still in beta 24.2.
