Nested Sequence makes the UI bug

Hello 🙂

On Premiere Pro 15.1 and 15.2 and even betas 15.3 and 15.4 there is a UI bug occuring when nesting sequence.
The UI becomes unclickable, freezes, etc.

(I do know that deleting the audio fixes the problem. I know. But still, it's a bug that must be fixed. It's been there for too long).

I forgot to mention: I'm on Windows 10 (lastest version) all drivers up to date.
