Premiere pro Beta Lagging

It is very difficult to edit in Premiere Pro Beta with the lag it is causing . I can hardly edit anything with the lag. I often use premiere pro it runs smoothly but the Beta version is lagging so please fix the bug and optimize it more . I like the new features they are cool just the audio enhancer was not that great . Hope it will improve with time.

Same here. Even with playback set to 1/4, effects rendered, cache cleared and high-quality playback unchecked I'm still getting non-stop lag when trying to playback my timeline. I've even muted fx in the timeline and still getting beach ball spinning...

Me too it's horrible, I will just change it straight away, It's horrible to edit like this.

Same problem.  The only solution I have found is restarting the program.  I wonder if it has to do with the data being uploaded to perfect the Beta.  Either way, I hope they fix it, soon.  Large edits are a pain when it starts to slow down.  NEED SPEED!

Use the official release, stop using beta I did it and has change much I couldn't believe it.

The playback for me has not caused me any issues. My issues right now have just started when opening a project it's taking a long time to load up the footage. it's saying mending media which is annoying me. Up until now, it's been running smoothly. please fix this.
