The transcription feature seems to be broken again in both the Beta (22.3.0 build 11) and public release (22.1.2 build1). I select transcribe either through marking an in/out in the sequence or the whole sequence and after the progress bar uploads audio data to the cloud, no transcription is returned to my project.
I have started a fresh 22 or beta project with one piece of media, run the test, nothing is returned. I have logged out of CC, rebooted, logged back into CC and tested, still fails. I have deleted all media cache, peak files, PTX files, reset preferences, started a fresh project and nothing is returned when I submit to the cloud.
In the beta (22.3.0 build 11) under the Window menu, there isn't even an entry to the Text window? I can only see it in my source monitor window.
In the beta, once I try to create a transcript, the Text window progress bar is stuck on Rendering audio data if I choose the whole sequence. Only way to get out of this stall is Force Quit Premiere. Premiere then goes into a not responding state.
Is this broken for everyone again? Have there been changes to the Adobe firewall whitelist?

Looks like Adobe's network endpoint addresses were updated today. Fantastic!
Does anyone from Adobe know which exact endpoints are in use by the Transcription in the cloud service? And yes, I am aware of this webpage https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html. That page includes over 253 websites that need to be whitelisted in a firewall. I would like to know which ones are specific to the Transcription feature in Premiere only.

Tested 22.1.2. Worked and created captions.
Tested the last Beta I updated to: 22.3.0 Build 7. I had not noticed it went 22.3. Also no problem.
Interesting that both are issues for you: 22.1.2 is still cloud transcription; Beta is now local.
Still Win10 Pro version 21H1.

Hi Stan,
Thank you for the feedback. I am having to double check with our firewall admin to make sure the sites listed in the link above were actually applied. Was working before the update of the endpoints today, so need to do some comparing.
If the beta is now local, I did not enable to english language pack to be downloaded yet. Will test that out.
And for anyone wondering what the endpoints are, here is the list:

Problem solved. One of the entries was wild carded and not being processed.
