I use Premiere pretty much exclusively offline to abide by security policy - the language packs and transcription/caption tools being available offline is a big part of my current workflow. The new translation feature for captions would be game changing, but is it available only when online? Knowledge on how the tool functions and where the process may incur storage of the data is important.
