Hi, hope someone out there can help. PP transcription service not working for me any more - I get a can't connect to cloud error, so it's back to manual input. Anyone else have this issue? Many thanks, Mark

With Premiere closed, have you tried logging out of your creative cloud account and logging back in?

If you have an IT dept. give them this link to make sure your firewall has all needed white listed adobe sites:
https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
Have them download the text file on the page and compare to firewall rules already deployed vs. new ones assigned.

Signing out/in has worked sometimes.
Be sure you are using the same email/account that was granted access to the speech to text. That has been the issue with more than one user experiencing this error.
