Hi, hope someone out there can help. PP transcription service not working for me any more - I get a can't connect to cloud error, so it's back to manual input. Anyone else have this issue? Many thanks, MarkWhatsApp Image 2021-05-13 at 7.10.31 PM.jpeg

If you have an IT dept. give them this link to make sure your firewall has all needed white listed adobe sites:

 

https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html

 

Have them download the text file on the page and compare to firewall rules already deployed vs. new ones assigned.

Signing out/in has worked sometimes.

 

Be sure you are using the same email/account that was granted access to the speech to text. That has been the issue with more than one user experiencing this error.
