In PrPro 15.1.0 BETA Build 18:
The double chevron to the right of the Workspaces names will get hidden if the names are too long (or there are too many).
I could find it to manage workspaces by moving the entire window to the left and continually extending it so that it eventually re-appeared. At that point I could move the workspaces around enough to get it to stay visible.
Just tested this on my large monitor for PrPro 14.9.0 and it does the same thing, so I guess it's not a bug specific to the beta but the chevron really shouldn't dissappear.
