Adobe premier rush crashing consistently on iPad

Hi, I really need help. Adobe rush was working great earlier, but now it is crashing when I try to do literally anything- zooming, selecting video, cutting video, deleting video, scrolling, you name it. I've tried everything I can think of. I've restarted the device, logged out and back in, made a copy of the project and tried to work on that, deleted the app all together, and tried on different devices. Nothing has worked and it's getting incredibly frustrating since I've lost a project that I've put a lot of effort into. Please help! I don't know what to do and it's extremely disheartening to have so many ideas for a project only to have the the app crash when I try to do anything.

I read your note and can understand the frustration. I'm not sure what advice I could give you. I would only ask what has changed in your system since it last worked? Did you update Rush? Is this a newer iPad? Let us know. At this point, can you try contacting our support reps here? Ask for the "video queue." They are the agents with the best knowledge of Adobe Rush. Let us know what they say and share it with us here. I hope that they can help!
