I am struggling since last one month to get Adobe Premiere Rush work with the new laptop (HP Zbook) that I purchased. Rush opens and when I start to "create a project" or click on a video to import, the program crashes. I invested several hours chatting on Adobe Chat and also on windows chat, but even after several attempts the issue is not resolved. I have another HP laptop that runs a windows 11 Version 23H2 and Rush opens there without any issues. So, I have reached a conclusion that its the version 24H2 on windows 11 which is the problem. I tried 4 times t o install the 23H2 version, but after installtion is complete the version is still 24H2. I am not able to install the 23H2 version which might solve the problem. Also, is Adobe going to bring a solution to this problem soon. I have purchsed this laptop only for video and photo editing and not able to use it at all is very frustrating.

I have had the exact same issue with my new HP elite book running Windows 11, Rush starts up but as soon as you try to click on or preview any video assets it kicks you out immediately without warning.
Regular Premier has no issues running whatsoever, have tried every solve to get Rush to run from new drivers, re-installing, cleaning cashes older versions etc. but no luck.

Hi @vincent_0437 - Hello @Yogesh31723427i1mo,
I would recommend that you reinstall the Windows runtimes. That should clear out the error. Let me know if this helps. You can also search on "ntll.dll" and "Premiere" for steps on how others have solved this problem other than what I just suggested. I hope the advice helps you.
Thanks,
Kevin

Dear Kevin,
Thank you for your suggestion, but could you guide me on what exactly needs to be done? When I checked on internet, it says deinstall the C++ runtime and reinstall it.

Contact us here for help with that. Look for the chat pod in the lower right corner. Once connected with a live agent, request to be helped by the "video queue." They are well-versed in this process.
Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Kevin,
Took help from Adobe chat via remote session and reinstalled windows runtime as suggested by you. Still its he same, Premiere Rush is not working and showing the same faulting path. I will stay with the problem as not Adobe nor Windows are able to give any solution.
