Audio and video are out of sync between desktop and phone app

I created a video on my desktop version of Rush. I need to watch it on my phone while making another track but my phone version is out of sync with itself. It plays fine on the desktop but is out of sync on the phone. Does anybody I know why this is happening? Is it the leg time between completing the video and having it update completely to the cloud? It's been about an hour. Thank you

Hi Sarapia!

We're sorry about the trouble. Could you share more info so that we can determine the issue?

  • Which version of Premiere Rush are you using?
  • What type of media are you working with (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)?
  • Which mobile device have you installed Rush on?

Looking forward to your response.

Thank you,

Kartika
