Bit of a nightmare!

So I've only had PR for a few days, trying to get to grips with it I've uploaded one project of about 16 minutes and another just short of 10. 
I was having problems getting to add graphics, simple text to a piece with video, audio and an overlay. The graphic I wanted just wouldn't add? Either by drag and drop or using the add button. 
oddly some graphics work but 95% won't add to the project. 
I thought initially that it may be a restriction on not having the premiere subscription, so I added that and it's made no difference.

Next issue is, I have no network error? I'm connected to good internet, this seems to be a known problem though?

Is it because of the network issue I can't get the graphics to add?

I had the intention to use PR across both my iPad and iPhone, this I understand is now not possible, it said quite the opposite when I downloaded the app! 
I previously signed out and back out again hoping it may resolve the issue with adding graphics but now neither of my projects are available.

This is massively frustrating having already spent a fair few hours on my projects. 

 

Is there a solution to the cross device sharing and the network fault, or do i need to  look elsewhere?

Hi @Darren_D_,

Are you using Rush on mobile, Mac, or PC? I read you are having trouble with adding text. Can you make a screen movie of what you're seeing? The other issues are likely related to the loss of Creative Cloud sync. Sorry for the frustration.
