I have duplicate one of my video to work on an other version, and still keep the old one.
Since I have done this, I can't open both of my videos...
When I am clicking on it, it opens a screen completly grey, or return me instantly back on the main page.
I have worked so much on the first one, and now I can't access it.
In the Creative Cloud, I have en error message telling me " This Cloud Document is not accessible for now"...
Can I have some help with this please!
Sorry about the problem. Which device are you using? Are there any error codes or messages?
Have you already tried signing out and back into your Creative Cloud?

I did try to log in and out from my app, and it is still not responding!
