Can’t open title tool

this is just one of the many problems premiere rush has inherited from its older brother, it’s simple, I can easily open the title tool on the first project I use, but on the second it just shows nothing. I am using an iPhone 8 with a wifi Connection.

I have the same phone as you and I was having some issues this morning until I cleared out some space and updated my iOS to 12.1

Could I ask if you're updated to the most recent version of Rush as well as the most recent version of the iOS? I know that seems pretty obvious, but we had some compatibility issues at first because Apple released a new version shortly after we released Rush. A little bit of a snag, but I do love all the new emojis.

If you've updated and you still have this problem, could you let me know what kind of footage you're using? 1080? 4k? 24fps or is it higher?
