Cannot export to camera roll

New Here ,

I'm using Rush on an iPad.  The app version is 2.10(1).  From within a project, if I tap "Share" near the upper-left of the screen, the "Ready To Share" screen opens up, and I can export the video to my camera roll.  Great.  My friend is also using this same version on his iPad, but when he taps on "Share," the app brings him to the "Upgrade to Premium" screen.  He cannot export his project to his camera roll.  I have not upgraded my account to premium.  (I know this because I still have the option to upgrade on the Settings screen if I choose to.)

Any suggestions for my friend?

Hi,

It may have something to do with the source footage. Perhaps, you shot H.264 and your friend is shooting HEVC. So yours works, because it's not HEVC, your friend shot in HEVC, so they can't export. Perhaps that is the reason.

Thanks,
Kevin

In both cases the footage was shot on the respective iPads.  I will check to see if the source files used different settings.  Thank you for the suggestion, Kevin.
