Desk top app is LYING !

So on my desktop app it says " Included in my subscription - XD & Premiere Rush "

So I installed Rush, and it informs me I have to pay more to use it because it is not in my subscription !

WHICH ONE IS LYING ?

I have the photography subscription, probably won't use rush, but why does it tell me it is part of my subscription when clearly it isn't ?Screenshot 2020-02-04 at 12.40.17.jpg

Premiere Rush is most definitely part of your Creative Cloud subscription, so I'm not sure why you're getting that message.

Have you contacted Adobe Customer Care? They may be able to help you deal with your specific device and operating system.

Spent 1 hour 45 minutes with four different people, who tell me that I have
the photography plan and XD & Premiere Rush are not included with that.
Sent them the screenshot and they tried to tell me that it isn't a trial,
it's a starter pack.
To which I replied, A starter pack that I can try for 7 days, then I have
to start paying for it ?
Yes !
So it is a trial ? And therefore should be in the trial section and not say
it's a part of my subscription...
It is part of my subscription as a starter pack...
Then we got disconnected, quite conveniently, as I was mentioning they were
lying to me, trades descriptions, lawyers...

It was a little confusing how the apps were presented... Fortunately, Adobe listened to user feedback and changed the layout:

Now, XD and Premiere Rush no longer appear under "Available in your plan" – but rather further down under "Apps to try"... This is a significant improvement and helps make things clearer.
