Empty/Missing titles and graphics in my add media tab in Adobe Rush 1.5.25 (1002) on iPad

I just updated my copy of Adobe Rush on my ipad (1.5.25) and now when I go to add a title, the graphics tab opens, but all of the titles, transitions and overlays are blank.  I cannot see or add anything.  Is there something I need to load or sync?  It was working fine with the version before.

Close Rush and all Adobe apps.

Open the Creative Cloud Desktop app and sign out.

Sign back into the Creative Cloud Desktop app and re-launch Rush.

same issue, no luck

Also, do you have an education orn business account or personal? I have a individual paid account

I also have no titles, I just need to add plain text and cannot. I have closed down creative cloud and signed in again with no joy. I'm running windows 10

the nightmare from august 2020??? still ongoing. nothing seems to help. 

and please - do not reply with the standard sign out - sign in and restart the app. 

the issue is repeating itself over a span of a few qaurters - please address urgently.
