Export error effects sharpness parameter on cideo

I've been trying to export a video on adobe premiere rush on iOS. The video has the sharpness parameter turned all the way down to give the imported media a blurred effect, however after exporting the video to my camera roll, the video plays the media with the sharpness turned all the way up, leaving me with a completely different result than what I edited for. Does anyone know what is causing this and how it can be avoided? If anyone experiencing the same issue can speak on how they solved it that would be greatly appreciated.

Files are imported from iphone/camera roll , using rush v. 2.2
